Program Director & Supervisor
Rasha is a passionate educator and dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience working with young children and school-age learners. Her background includes directing licensed preschools, childcare centres, and out-of-school programs in Calgary, as well as teaching internationally in inclusive classrooms supporting children with special needs and English-as-an-Additional-Language learners.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Arts in Special and Inclusive Education from University College London (UCL), a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (International), and an International Montessori Teaching Diploma (ages 3–6). Rasha is also an Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 3.
Rasha brings warmth, professionalism, and deep expertise to her role, ensuring program excellence, strong family communication, and a nurturing environment for all children.
